HOW TO ORDER

We accept Credit Card , Paypal , Zip , Afterpay and Bank Deposit to process your order. Paypal will get the payment done on the spot and in turn we can start to arrange your order immediately. However, you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal.You can still pay by credit card or debit card in Paypal page by following below simple steps:
- At Check-out, select Paypal as payment method and confirm order,
- Once you are brought to Paypal page, ignore the Paypal login in upper right part and look for "Pay with a credit or debit card" in lower right part,
- Click it and the card input menu will be expanded.
If you choose bank deposit, confirm the order and our bank account information will be showed. Write it down and bring into any bank branch. You will be able to deposit to our account straight forward. Depend on different bank, couple of days processing time may be expected.
Over the Phone
Another easy way to pay is phone order. Just complete your order online and select bank deposit. Write down your order number, make your credit card in hand and call our store 03-9876 0488 within Business Hour.

FREE Standard Post freight is offered for order over $125(exclude some fragile or bulk items) within Australia.
Free store pickup is now available for online order. Choose local pickup during checkout and save the postage.

Postage will be automatically calculated at your final checkout based on the purchase amount and the shipment method you select.
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day subject to stock availability. We will advise you if there are any substantial delays.
Order placed before 1pm business day will be dispatched same day, subject to stock availability.
Order placed after 1pm business day will be dispatched same day, upon our best effort, or next business day, subject to stock availability.
We recommend sending it to an address where somebody will be home or to a business address or to a Post Office box, if this is not possible the parcel will be carded to your local Post Office for pick up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Returns Policy
Our aim is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, send it back and we will happily exchange or issue a store credit to the amount of the returned item(s), as long as the item is in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels and tags intact, and the item unused and unworn. However you must contact us within fourteen(14) days of the receipt of your order.
Face mask, underwear, compression skin and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
Store credit or exchanges will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges, or standard postage $8.95 if free shipping, are not refundable. For exchange, please provide a prepaid satchel for us to resend the new item, or, an additional delivery cost will be charged.
We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that they are packed appropriately and sent via Express Post.
NOTE: Please choose your apparel and heat pressed number carefully as no exchange will be offered on products that have had numbers pressed onto them unless they are faulty.
Please contact us before return and exchange as we will instruct the steps and process need to be followed. Extra cost incurred by not following the process will NOT be reimbursed.
How do I return goods
To return an item, please reply the order confirmation email, or send an e-mail from the contact us page, detailing the item name and order number. Please advise us why you want to return the item and what you would like us to do (e.g replace or refund the item). We will endeavour to process returns within 2 business days.

What Information do we collect?
When you place an order, we only request that you provide the information necessary for us to process your request. When you place an order we need to know your name, contact details and your billing and delivery address details. If you want to pay online we also need your credit details, which are, alongside your other personal information, well protected by our state of the art security measures. We do not store any credit card details, these are only used once to finalise your purchase.
