Policies to Buy AFL Merchandise, Collingwood Merchandise and AFL Products Online

HOW TO ORDER

- Online

    Click on the sport in the Navigation Bar and follow the prompts to the checkout. We use Paypal to process our payments, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase from our website you can pay by credit card in the same section.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our Returns Policy

You can return a purchase in its original condition within 14 days if you feel the product is faulty and get a product replacement or your purchase price refunded (excluding postage). Products that are returned because they are faulty will be assessed before a remedy is actioned. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that they are packed appropriately and sent via Express Post. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

How do I return goods

To return an item, please send an e-mail from the contact us page, detailing the item name and order number. Please advise us why you want to return the item and what you would like us to do (e.g replace or refund the item) We will endeavour to process returns within 48 Hours.

Please ensure that you include an Express Post satchel for the return of the goods.

SHIPPING

Delivery Address

We can send your order to anywhere in Australia. We recommend sending it to an address where somebody will be home or to a business address. Post Office boxes are acceptable. If this is not possible the parcel will be carded to your local Post Office.

Overseas orders can be processed to the USA, UK, IRE and NZ - Please email us if you wish to order from or send overseas so that we can calculate the freight costs. Overseas orders will be sent International Registered Post and must be signed for on delivery.

 

Delivery Method

We send all our deliveries via Australia Post (Express Post satchel or Registered Mail) to anywhere in Australia. The cost of Postage and Handling will be from $8.50 and will be automatically calculated at your final checkout based on the purchase amount. (Free freight on all orders over $300.00 except Memorabilia items). Most orders can be despatched within 24 hours but may take longer depending on stock availability. We will advise you if there are any substantial delays.

What Information do we collect?

When you place an order, we only request that you provide the information necessary for us to process your request. When you place an order we need to know your name, contact details and your billing and delivery address details. If you want to pay online we also need your credit details, which are, alongside your other personal information, well protected by our state of the art security measures. We do not store any credit card details, these are only used once to finalise your purchase.
